The Brackets Tool allows you to draw square brackets to group parts of an equation. To use the Brackets Tool,
1. Select the Brackets Tool
2. Click to set the insertion point
3. Drag down and to the right to draw an left bracket
4. Click again to finish the symbol.
5. Type the equation.
6. Click the Brackets Tool again, set the insertion point, and drag down and to the left to make the right bracket
7. To create a larger bracket, drag the mouse further.
