The Parenthesis Tool allows you to draw the parenthesis character to group parts of an equation together. To use the Parenthesis Tool,
1. Select the Parenthesis Tool
2. Click on the canvas to set the top of the parenthesis
3. Drag down and to the right to draw an open parenthesis
4. Click again to finalize the symbol
5. The cursor will be positioned to allow you to type the equation
6. Click the Parenthesis Tool again, set the insertion point, and drag down and to the left to create the close parenthesis
